its all good eam, i will play 0% against anyone else who WANTS to play 0% i wouldnt force anyone, so when i play you i will play high effort  i like to save stamina but i also hate to lose |

I am all for both teams 'agreeing' on effort to be used. Teams with difficult Group or Striker Cup games upcoming will get my full support and i will play them at the minimum effort to keep their team fresh but still produce a competitive game. As a div 4 team I will probably meet a Div 3 teams offer to play their side at 0 with my offer to play my side at 25%...this will produce a competitive game. for my div 4 peers..i will match what ever effort you suggest if you wish to pre-negotiate This holds true for the entire Chatters PL except for Assassin as he is my sworn mortal enemy and I will continue to max out my credit cards buying gold balls until I defeat him! |

We will play 0 effort if the opponent wants and will play a "normal" if the opponent wants. but preferably we will use low effort |

Dear chatters, The time has come where we are emerging as a force. A lot of us are in Div 3 and soon will be in Div 2. And not to far away I see several chatters in Div 1. This has a significant impact on how we view our PL. Last season. We all tried to win the PL last season and often used our first team and as much energy as we could manage. This made the PL very competitive. While it was fun there were some draw backs... Most of us kept our strategies and tactics to ourselves. Most of us looked out for ourselves first, rather than the good of the PL and its members. This season and all seasons to come. Since a lot of members are in Div 3 (and more will be very soon), our PL is transforming form a selfish competitive coalition of talented players to a serious communal support. We must work with each other to the maximum to achieve the ultimate purpose. We must be true brothers and share our time and knowledge with each other. Our PL is not driven any more by the need to win it; but by the need to collectively succeed!!! We must experiment and not play it safe in our PL. Our PL is a controlled environment where one can test out different formations and tactics. We must be brothers! As far as I go, I have little interest in winning the PL... my interest lies in helping others while exponentially learning from others. Just, in the beginning of this season alone, assassin and I have interchanged and talked about our tactics, formations etc than the entire last season!!! Let us be brothers!!! Let us be chatters!!! Excellent rab a great piece of writing, and as I said I'm sorry to all if you don't agree with me about not playing 0% effort, I am trying new things this season and I put them into practice in our pl I need the competitive matches to see how my team respond I don't think they will be the same with 0 effort. If you really need the low effort games message me a day before the match and I will use low effort I don't want to win the pl, if I do I'll be happy but I'd be just as happy if I was in last place, |
