Does anyone actually loan players? Whats the point? Ive a 85 coach and yet will not get a player whos on average with my own team. I think the whole transfer/loan system needs to be looked at. Instead of 'buddies' loaning certain types of players to train it should all be done through the market. All this...i train defenders only and send out the mids and forwards to other teams is unfair. This really happens in real life eh. |

This really happens in real life eh. if this was more realistic we would all spend 50 -75% of incomes on wages, transfer window closed during season, stadiums wouldnt earn 12m per game and we would have to play only 2 games per week else the PFA would be on our arses !!! this game is same for all and there for is fair we all enjoy i know many improvements could be made sadly i dont think this game makes enough wedge for fast progression in development side. i played football manager live and am aware of what a footy manager can be - we are getting there slowly and loans - i too am in div 4 with 52 ave team and struggle like hell to get loans - i got 1 49/19 fc from a m8 in my private league, pl's are the best place to find em - also u could join general chat once in while and just ask if anyone would be happy to loan a player ofc u will have to go with the position u are training if u get a young un - not many people will loan non-improving older players which is ironic really as this is more like itrw and what the loan market is designed for |

I just dont agree with the forum v market when it comes to keeping players out of the market and posting on forums I loaned my 49/19 CF to Wivliscombe. I know Wiv, so I know he will train him as agreed. Last season, I did it through the market, and received 100 requests. I did my best, and in the end, I wasen't happy at all with the level of training my player received. Now I only loan to people I know, and rarely take risks with loans. No loan is 'kept out of market'. Some are just agreed prior to the loan. |
