Gentleman: Not even Jose Mourinho wins all his games. What matters is that great managers win the games they need to win... and get results in games that aren't necessary to win. (Alas, today vs. Negreanu FC). Now, had Negreanu and Club DNI been in a tie for 2nd place, I would readily admit, Club DNI would HAVE to win.... But in my case, I did not have to win the match today. Similarly, I do not HAVE to win my Friday match... The bottom line is it is ALL about tactical awareness and situational play. That, my friends, is what a true Manager is all about. I care not about petty win streaks. They are meaningless to me. |
