On the plus side the formation + substition worked yesterday. I'm guessing that the reboot on Saturday messed something up. On the downside I was blown out 4-0. If anyone has any advice on tactics or formations, let me know! |

in 4 games I get 3 games ending as 3-3.... And in last 2 games I make mistakes. Against .xoxo I forgot to go low at some stages and against soli I realized I had my terrible formation on (the one where I have 10 strikers then 9 defenders).....could have turned badly. |

was looking over the youth squads of the teams in the PL. I noticed this: We have about 7 teams training strikers, 3 training defence (me/clau/hew), 1 training mids (patient) and 1 training GK (lucifer)...and the rest dont seem to be training anything. Just wondering why everyone seems to be training strikers? We could use some extra midfield/GK trainers if a few of those training strikers are about to promote most of their crop or are willing (and able) to switch smoothly somehow without losing out on training and potential. |

I didn't know many people were training strikers but switching to something else will not be easy for me unless someone offers to buy off my players |

RIM/IM/LIMs pair fairly well with OMs. But, my schools keep producing high progressions strikers. |

I will stop training Gks (junior and senior) from next season and take over training mids in junior (3 straight seasons) and strikers in seniors (one season). After one season I will again train my senior Gks for one more season and completely stop Gk training. So someone really needs to take over junior Gk training. It may not be as profitable as other positions but quite a few managers within the PL need trainers. | 03/06/2012 15:16 |

Ok I've thought about this a bit and I'd be willing to switch to maybe DFM+IM's. However I'd need a trainer for this guy - http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=7518291 and Luci I wouldn't be able to train your winger next season. |
