Guys compiling the data his a huge task and the managers who are doing this task are giving in their own personal time to arrange something special for us all. So if you disapprove of this idea, then say that in a mild manner ( even better if you don't say that and leave the rest in peace )
Plus as the volume is huge and 2-3 managers are compiling it, there might be cases when your name is left from the list. If you are one of such person, then just quote your original post and say that you were missed out.
