Well the the motivation would of course increase proportionally to the raise. (10% more $ --5% motivation increase, 20% more $ --10% motivation increase) Something like that. There's only a certain amount managers are willing to play their players after all. | 08/03/2012 02:17 |

its a good idea but something tells me it would be abused......unless maybe it was cross indexed to: goals scored assists recoveries or maybe if that player made the "season" XI of that league just thinking out aloud |
