is it good that i have a physiotherapist 81% and im paying him 241 000 a week or is it not worth it and how can i get a coach with an avg of at least 80% |

If any case, you want to degrade yr employee rating. you just have to click on "HIRE" and get some low avg staffs. U will always be able to find one of yr choice if yr expectations is not more than 50%. All the best. |

if your having a problem with finances then looking at your staff is a good Idea. I was paying higher than what i need and was able to cut back about $300,000 from weekly expenses. High % is great but if you do not have the cash for it you can always get someone cheaper and always be on the look out for cheaper staff since you can usually get a member with the same average for less money. | 04/03/2012 15:24 |
