dear friends, pls advise me what is the difference between MORALE vs MOTIVATION ? 1. will it affect a player's training improvement ? 2. Does a PSYCHOLOGIST help? how? |

The motivation is based on how a player starts match, in the starting 11 in correct positions 100%, subs bench 75%, reserves 50%, you get extra 5% for win, if you have a player in wrong position it will lower | 24/02/2012 14:27 |

Also if you temp promote a junior and play him in starting eleven he will gain a extra 25% motivation after the game, if he plays the last game before he returns back to junior he will gain a extra 55% motivation when he gets back to junior squad. | 24/02/2012 14:53 |

Thanks very much. When i want to promote a very young player, it will say "it may ruined the players forever!". What does this mean? Is it related to the morale? Can i just promote him, then slowly use psychologist to improve the morale? |

If you promote a very young player (before the youth coach recommends for promotion), it effects their overall forecast (I want to say it drops by about 15-20 percent. I think @grantis did a post on this.) It may also decrease their progression (they learn more slowly). These effects are irrevocable, and can't be fixed with the psychiatrist. | 25/02/2012 05:50 |
