Can you help me, what tip of training must be for the Goalkeeper?

There are very few training regimes for GKs, think it's penalty saves, saves and catching high balls. That's it. Train that 6 days out of a week cause you can only do any specific training regime 2 x a week. Use the last day to throw a bone to the rest of the squad and boom, you'll have super awesome GKs. However, that does depend on whether they are good progression GKs and have not reached their peak as yet. Goodluck. 24/02/2012 11:31

To completely maximize goalkeeper training, make that seventh day something like "Corner Kicks" - It's only 1 percent training for the goalies, but every little bit counts. 24/02/2012 12:37

+1
and as a side note, it helps to have a really good youth coach.

To really maximize youth training, temporarily promote your player on a Tuesday after your normal league game time. Then line up your training so that they will receive goalkeeper training both while with the senior team and upon return to the junior team. Then win your league game on Friday. This will cause your youth to return to the junior team with over 150 percent motivation, which stays that way until after the league game on Monday. Five straight days of supermotivation if you keep winning throughout.
