I know this isn't my business nor my Corporated PL but, i wanted to give you a piece of my mind.. (Not in a bad way) I found the Gladiators as: a group of a neighborhood's friend re-united in one PL competeting, and its somehow cracking... Good name for a PL.. and could be the SM's most popular/powerful PL. But.. ''You guys are minimizing them instead of supporting them and to convert their will. Th's is not a United PL, for normal circumstances they should be rebuilding their team for a better futural decision. This committment can be changed at any case.. Now let them state all their explanations and look a way if you could resolve the mal-function that The Gladiators could be facing, they're not going to sabortage your PL in the future. We/They need respect and right of choice and property of ownership. I strictly Obligate you to give them free time and show references to their final committment!'' I can help you guys in reshaping your PL in normal circulations, i am opened for any genre service  |
