Of course, Speed should be 'trained' too, but I think it is a little silly that players players in the lower divisions all have poor speed. There are many inferior players with good speed in real life - Both professionally, and in the lower leagues. I think Speed should be attributed slightly differently, because some players are super fast at 14 years of age, without any other skills whatsoever |

I can see your way of thinking here. It would be cool if players either had speed or didn't. The only problem is there would be no reason to purchase players with low speed, the idea being that you could get a player with the same attributes, who is three times faster.
