Hi All, Friend of mine has been blocked from the game ( Team retained ). Official explanation is that there's other account, which has been created for few minutes and user from that account has bought player from my friend's squad for too high price ( actually, there're only two transfers of his team in last few days: 42 LF for 4mlns, ok price. And 32LM for 1.2mln - little higher. It's not about millions. Both that two managers are from different countries ). As I'm sure that my friend did not cheat. I have a question. How can I be sure that I will not be blocked in this way!? I'm selling up to 5 players every day ( have many schools ). If there will be some newbie who will want to check buying options in the game and get my player with higher price? What is wrong with your algorithms? Each case is taken on its own merit. If your friend feels he/she has been unjustly penalised, they have the right to plead their case to the @ who dealt with them. Just to clarify, we see cases of people joining and purchasing players everyday. It's part of the game and in fact the tutorial encourages this behaviour. We are not in the business of preventing legitimate users from playing this game legitimately and each situation is investigated as thoroughly as possible before a decision is made. If you are not cheating, and are selling players within the scope of the rules of the game, then you shouldn't be worried. It is not permitted to discuss punishments on forum, any further discourse should be taken up in the channels provided. I close. |
