I've already used 200GB to train 4% from 88 to 92 rating now but I have no more and I need to use cash to up his rating is it possible to find staff that is over 95% rating just by looking? | 10/02/2012 00:29 |

Don't waste your 12 Million. 89%+ Coaches are RARE. But still possible to find. Max upgrade is 10% with GBs. You can't upgrade AT ALL after that. So upgrading an 88%, will get you to 98% with GB's. 92% isn't bad at all. Don't be foolish and waste 12 million, or by playing Coach Roulette. If you see an 89%+, go for it. But you will still need more GBs up upgrade. |

Simply answered it is not worth it because that extra 1% make such a minor impact to the training compared to if you invest these 12 M into a junior with high progression etc. | 12/02/2012 11:06 |
