So searching stadiums in each division I realized that the ideal number of seats for each division is: div1: around 40k for each type of seats div2: around 35k div3: around 30k div4: around 25k div5: around 20k (I think it's a bit different for div6/7) So the ideal stadium should be 36k,40k,40k,40k.......since a stadium can only have 156k seats so not possible to have 40 everywhere Now It is possible that a div4 for example with let's say 150k standings manages to get 44k supporters. That probably means that when you exceed you still get supporters but a very very small amount and that is no good since you won't really get the money you invested back (may vary from which seat you upgrade to how much you upgrade it to which division you are in) I may be wrong so you may have your say below. Do you think it matters where the different seat types are? For example, is it a more profitable investment to have the standing seats in the first tier, or the VIP seats behind the goal? | 05/02/2012 00:40 |

Seat tiers cost more the further you go out. So it would cost more to have VIPs in the 3rd tier. | 05/02/2012 01:13 |

It all depends on supply and demand right? In that case, it would be better to have say, 30K standing and 30K general rather than all 60K general. Then, one can price his general tickets high. Am I right? | 05/02/2012 12:17 |

Then, one can price his general tickets high. Am I right? Indeed, you're correct. However, I disagree that there is an 'optimum level' of seats. More seats DOES mean more money overall. The only difference is, is that there is a diminishing rate of return on your investment. However, as you get promoted, you raise ticket prices, and you can hit the ground running with a far superior income. Having more seats will not leave them empty if they are adequately priced. You will earn less as a ratio of investment to sales, but at the same time, you're going to have to build ur stadium at some point anyways. The longer you leave it, the more it will cost you in the long run with the money you lose out from ticket sales. On the other hand, having an 'optimal' amount of seats may be of benefit, IF you have ready access to Golden Balls, and can keep investment money stocked in Deposits |

I'm not saying it's bad to increase , I'm just giving people an idea to people of what they "may" be the ideal stadium and showing that it may be better to increase different type of seats than to focus on only one type (e.g standings, general). |
