Who, you know, imitate pirates. reb, : ) hehe, chatters does not imitate anyone; if we are imitating anyone at all it is an organization that arose more than 10 years ago... Following my experience from RL in building strong organizations, we have devised a clear path of action. This plan is far from influenced by any organizations in this game. Ten years ago, I was bored, drafting in my computer... so I logged into a game and I was immediately hooked. In this multi-massive game I rapidly connected with the top players of the game... after a short time I joined a small growing elite squad. To make a long story short I built, with my brothers, one the most progressive squads in the game- we were the first to implement real-time positioning tactics in squad battles, where each player controlled their specific player/class- very complex, since every situation was controlled by a human(s). Of course this game is totally different. I built this squad from its humble beginnings to one of the most respected and admired squads. This squad grew and grew. At one point we had a one year waiting list to join the squad. Within the squad we constructed a circle of brothers- to this day we help each other out with RL situations. Chat in this game is always topped at 20-25 players... In the game I am talking about it was more like 300+. It was a ruthless community where no noobs were tolarated; here I learned how to read people just by the way they typed. The other organization that might influence the way I advice chatters is my RL succesful creation of professional international competitions teams, that have achieved amazing results. These results, might be compared to a Div 6, or Div 7 team winning Striker Cup. So, I just want to make clear that chatters does not need to copy any organization in-game, nor follow any organization in-game- we do however respect all the veterans players that have been here longer than us. You see we do not need to copy... we have the capacity to do things our own way... I am but a consultant with-in our organization... I know Dee has a strong experience and leadership resume in RL- I have not gotten his permission to divulge exactly what they are; so I will not say... but truly reb, I respect and study your in-game tactics- but in no way do I have the need to copy nor study an organization in-game... |
