i have to fire the coach per hire another one ?! why i have to pay always ? why there is no limitid conract for the staff like the players ? |

I think the reason we have to pay double salary while firing is to avoid people getting 80+/90+ staff members in 1 day without spending a dollar and there is no need to have a contract limit when you have a 99% staff member  Staff retiring wouldn't be unrealistic though |
