i have to fire the coach per hire another one ?! why i have to pay always ? why there is no limitid conract for the staff like the players ? |

Don't double post. Find a coach and stick with him. Don't hire a new one until you find the one you want. That solves your problem. |

Moved to Doubts and Questions. Yes, you have to fire 1 staff member to replace them. In order to fire them you have to pay them 2 weeks salary (compensation/redundancy pay). no .. i know that i have to pay , u deleted my comment in ''Suggestions'' .. because its a suggest to improve too i asked if i can improve/change the couch or any one in the staff without pay (2 weeks) ? my suggest WAS that they have had contract like player .. |
