i think there should be a school trainer for the youth players in school so that they can hav normal average. But they should be trained based on motivation which i think should be 30. | 01/02/2012 09:50 |

Schools simply produce players, it is up to you to promote them to your junior team to begin their training. Think of schools as your typical high school or university scouts who go out and watch high school games to find players to offer scholarships to.
