Perhaps it would be more realistic to train two things a day- a defensive coach and an offensive coach- so for example, gk or defenders have training separate from midfields and strikers. Like every team has more than one coach, why not have more than one training?

Problem with that is they'd have to completely rechange the system again, and the last time they reworked training it took an extra 2 weeks to get the server started.

I don't think it's going to change.

2 training's a day is an okay idea but it would be easier just to allow GK's to train with the attack squad.

For example: If I train Shots on Goal , the goalkeeper gets nothing but in reality any team would use their goalie to help train the squad in taken shots on goal, running, corner kicks or even penalty shots. The goalie in some ways practices harder because he's always in use. I'm not saying put the goalie in with every training I'm just simply saying open the goalie to other training's so its not so limited.

This would be much easier to implement and wouldn't take a re-working of the whole system.

It makes sense, but it weighs the training towards GKs. The system works in that each demarcation gets their own training, it would be benefiting people who train attackers to have their GKs get something out of it, and it would benefit people training GKs in the same way. This leaves the people who train defense and people who train midfield out in the dark. More thought needs to be put into it then just little things that make sense

Now if we were to have a more complex system that benefits a wide variety of players that might work, but like I said, that would take a more in-depth rework of the system.

Normally there are GK trainers who work independent from the team with only GKs. 04/02/2012 21:03

The problem being it takes focus away & simplifies it to how good your coach is only, there are teams with 70+ juniors already 04/02/2012 22:05
