Do you think there should be Monetary Value in Striker Cup?

Don't u guys think it will be great if there is Monetary Value in Striker Cup? People use to play 16 rounds in SC. Even Luck used to play a lot in SC games (means a Div 4 player can be knocked out in the first game itself, and Div 6 player can move to Round 7 or 8). Now, since the game is more based on Tactics rather than Team's Average, it will be great to reward managers with some SM's income. For example, Player who gets knocked out in the first round can be awarded around 50k, one who gets knocked out in the eight round can be awarded 500k and finally who wins the cup can get his suitable award. Giving Monetary value add SC importance to all the managers as they will try to go atleast 1 step further from the previous season knowing they still can't be champions. Now i have seen many managers wantedly lose their SC game so that their team's players don't gets tired for the League games which is still the most important tournament of this game. A person will get winning amount (pre decided) only when he is out of tournament. And he will only get the amount for the last round he had advanced. A person who knocked out in the 8th Round will be getting prize money for clearing only 7th round and not from 1st, 2nd and so on. Whats your say guys ?? Edited by Gunzz 30-01-2012 09:58 |

I forgot to mention 1 thing, a person should only get that amount when he is out of tournament. If he is out in 8th round, he will only gets 8th round Prize money, and not for winning 1st round, 2nd round and so on. That's why i have said reward suitably, not handsomely which i think should not be a case for the INFLATION. I suggested a person who gets knock out in 8th round will gets $500,000 which is not much considering if he is Div 4 player or above. If he is from Div 5 or below, he can think it as a good reward for his progress which has been suitably rewarded and appreciated. |
