He's promoted for exactly 72 hours. The best way to do it is to promote him 72 hours before an hour after your Friday game. For example, if your Friday game is at 2 PM, promote him at 3 PM on Tuesday. That way, he'll get the bonus for playing in his last senior game before being returned for the entire weekend. His motivation will be either 150% (if you tie or lose) or 160% if you win for the whole weekend and his training will be much higher. Edited by sabrefan62 29-01-2012 14:26 |

A: Juniors should not be promoted before a yellow "P" appears by their name and the youth coach sends you a message. Players do not have to be promoted until the yellow P turns into a red "P." When a player gets a red "P" (which only happens at the age of 19) he must be promoted ASAP. Players start to lose motivation and their morale and overall average drop significantly. Q: When does the yellow "P" appear in front of juniors? A: With this average/age: 80/14 70/15 60/16 50/17 40/18 Q: How do I send a promoted junior back to the junior team? A: This is not possible |
