 And they are usually gone almost immediately. You pretty have to spend money to get an 85% coach by hiring cheap coaches and firing them until a good coach comes along. I was lucky to find a 88% youth coach just sitting there, but had to hire/fire quite a few senior coaches to get to 85%. In the long run, its worth it, but you'll have to spend some time in front of your computer. 29/01/2012 14:29

I generally log in ~10 times per week. I checked the staffing market every log in. It took me about 12 weeks to find a coach over 85%. It is definitely possible, but random so it can take quite some time. I would estimate that probably 1 in 100 times the market refreshes something over 80% is available. People have been known to buy the cheapest coach. Fire and search again getting the market to refresh until they find someone suitable.
