 Of course it is. It lets you put a player in a any position you want while ball is in a certain area of the field. That's how people have an offside trap, others use LDF as LB (for example) without lowering motivation of anyone.

 setting advanced formations is time intensive but you will dominate with with right advanced formations. basic formations are terrible 27/01/2012 15:19

 set the positions you want into the formation, then click on advanced, when the soccer ball appears in the middle of the field you are ready to set your lineup at every square of the field by moving it to each square individually and setting your players where you want. it takes time and i think there was a tutorial thread on it you can search for. you have to leave the players in their natural position when the ball is centered however every other location you can adjust where they should be. 27/01/2012 17:41
