Today, my starting CF was injured in the 35th minute, after scoring twice.

The doctor said he was suffering from a hangover, and would take a week to recover. Seriously, I've been on benders before, but if it takes a week to recover from a hangover there is no way in hell that anyone could be standing, never mind playing at all.

Come on guys. Get real with the injuries: twist an ankle, tweak a knee, crap your pants because of an irritable bowel.

Hangover; give me a break.

Just imagine whatever injury you want it to be.

Fact is your player got injured while playing. Just get on with it.... this is just a game.

I'm not complaining that I have a player that has been injured. That happens all the time in football.

I'm simply pointing out the utter stupidity of this situation in this simulated environment.

It's a bug. You seem to get either a hangover or gastroenteritis, and the injuries are only ever a week long. You should be thankful really, I've had players out for 9 weeks at a time with Broken Legs and the like. 22/01/2012 02:30
