Hey Some suggestions. I know the loan thing has been mentioned. But lets make it more specific, if a manager has been online and isnt training your player then there should be an option to recall the player. Also if the manager who asked to loan the player doesnt want to keep him he should be able to ask if the player can be returned. Also i think that some players promote their players too early so if you buy them they go straight into your own Senior team, there should be an option for a buying team that they can place the player back into their youth system, the manager who promoted them too early does not get that option. I dont agree with the temporary promotion scenario, you can promote juniors for like 3 days but only twice a season, it should be a case of that you can use that player maybe 3-5 times during the season maximum, the junior player may only need to cover 1 game at a time for (silly injuries like hangovers) the player thats injured. Waiting for the Mod to come and shoot me down haha. Thats me for now. Some more vodkas and i think ill be suggesting allsorts. |

Haha Suggestion 1: Has it? I did say it probably was. Only trying to suggest improvements as to be honest do we really need to spend money on youths? Theres no real onus on me to spend 2million on a good prospect at 15 when i can add that to my current budget and get a decent player now at 22. Suggestion 2: If you buy a player from a lesser team that you feel isnt good enough to be in your team to start with but has potential with Junior training and is one for the future? why not? Loan him out to someone who doesnt train him when you have a junior coach of your own thats at least 80+? Plus the old if you promote before they are ready may damage their actual future rating. Suggestion 3: Back to suggestion 1. Why spend millions of youths when they can play approx 4-5 games a season. Instead of buying reserves....do you have that much money to buy reserves who are nearly as good as your first team but years younger? Planning ahead? Shot down? Still flying  |

I agree and thats what im slowly doing, All im suggesting is if a loan doesnt work for either party or the player on loan isnt being trained properly he can be recalled? Also as to how many games they play is quite low...im not suggesting you can play them when you like, all i suggested was you can let them play say, maybe 5, senior games a season. The current temp. promotion is that you can promote twice only and on each they will miss maybe 2-3 games, chances are they will only play 1 game on temp promotion. | 21/01/2012 00:31 |
