Would you like to be able to hire a better coach

Good coaches are hard to come by. There should be coaches above 86 available to hire more often since the improvement of staff is limited to 10 points. | 20/01/2012 16:31 |

They are hard to come by but eventually I got a senior coach of 90 (now 99) and a junior coach of 89 (99 in two weeks). It takes time and perseverance but it's worth it  |

I know, I was also able to get a 89 coach and am now working him up. But again I think we would have better teams if we all could have good coaches, specially youth coaches | 20/01/2012 16:36 |

I think that's half the point. Making it harder to get those coaches makes it so much more worth it when you finally do. Plus it stops people who aren't committed game getting the same advantages as those who are | 20/01/2012 16:38 |

Agreed! I am speaking from my own experience, you can check the logs, I log very often and in the past 4 weeks I was unable to hire a youth coach 89 or better. How often do they come up a day? | 20/01/2012 16:45 |

Took me 2 months to find an 89 youth coach looking more than once daily. I also went through a phase where I spent 5 mil hiring and firing coaches till I gave up. Once day I was checking as usual and there it was. I did a double-take when I first saw it, I didn't think it was actually there  It might take you months, it might take you a couple of hours. Just luck and timing friend |
