I have been both satisfied and very dissatisfied with Loan deals - with strikers managers keeping their end of the bargain or benching my loaned player all season. i think it would be interesting if their was a loan contact clause that if you wanted you could pay out the loan agreement (the remainder in weeks left on the loan in salary or something) to get your wronged player back. you could also flag the manager as having had a history of broken contracts so that others may be weary of loaning a player out. just a thought, any one have any other variations on this theme? |

or we can make the one getting the loan . or the one loaning pay a certain amount of cash each week for example i wanna loan a junior lf for someone to train ,, if this lf trains 2+ point every week i pay to the other team 100,000 each week .. and so on... or if i wanna loan to someone a senior with high average , i can get money every week up to 200 ,000 .. but if the guy that took the loan .. for every point increase in average of my player , his weekly pay would decrease ... and so on... |

I find the best way to get the training you want is to vet the manager and determine if the player you're loaning serves his or her best interest. If not, don't loan. If it's a player he/she needs desperately, you can negotiate a deal that will not only give them a good player, but also a good deal for both. | 20/01/2012 02:40 |

+1. Its sometimes hard to do that for lower quality players w high progression that need some good training to become worth playing regularly at higher divs |

Agreed. It's very hard to find people you can trust to do most of these things, let alone people who will agree to do them. I think it's more annoying though when you have someone who is being started, but not trained. And it's the most annoying when the person you loan to gets himself removed. |

Thats why it's good to loan out players to each other e.g (team A loaned his gk to team B and team B loaned his Cf to team A) if team A benches team B's player, team B does thesame | 22/01/2012 16:50 |
