Some of my players stamina are low and dont have back up, how do i regain there stamina back? 18/01/2012 10:00

The only way for players to regain stamina is to rest them. So on days when you face a weaker opponent squad rotation is key. Right now with cup matches and. league matches and private league games, resting players on off days is not an option so squad rotation is critical. Also try to reduce your effort in tactics against weaker teams so the players don't lose as much stamina per game. Goodluck. 18/01/2012 10:05

Also, physiotherapists recover stamina. Although it is advised that you have a full squad and rotate.

Unfortunately not, physio only helps with fitness and not stamina. Better fitness, less stamina loss per game but to recover stamina when your squad is fully fit only rest will help as well as using less effort in your matches.

Good answers, I would like to add if you can't rotate your squad too well on easy games or pvt/cup games that you are only in for the money..

Go on your tactic and put effort right down.. Will probably lose the game but your players won't lose as much stamina.

You should rest your players and shedule training every day(when players dont training they dont recover stamina) 22/01/2012 14:52
