Please somebody break down how the total average is calculated.. I want to start to train my own youth to senior.. but i still dont understand.. how the training rate applied to total average.. I searched forum.. i wasn't able to fine much about total average.. Help plz!!!  |

Ahh i see guess i have to use that spreadsheet that ppl talking about on the forum.. do u know if there is any recent one out in forum?? |
