I'm sure this question has probably been asked somewhere on the forum before, but is there any way that you can up the speed that a junior is ready for promoting? 17/01/2012 17:28

No you cant. You can only promote them when you see the (P) next to their name.

And the P appears with this average/age :

80/14
70/15
60/16
50/17
40/18

However, if your only interested in the short term for that player, promote him and use your psychologist to recover his morale. 17/01/2012 19:45

Don't do this, it's bad.

Like I said, for short the short term. For example, if I'm training forward juniors and defence seniors, and I have a defensive junior with potential, who fits a need on my senior squad - and will receive way more training - why shouldn't I promote him early?

I know that in the long term he may only hit 80-90% of his potential, but by then, he'll probably be on someone else's team.
