No you cant. You can only promote them when you see the (P) next to their name. And the P appears with this average/age : 80/14 70/15 60/16 50/17 40/18 |

For example, if I'm training forward juniors and defence seniors, and I have a defensive junior with potential, who fits a need on my senior squad - and will receive way more training - why shouldn't I promote him early? I know that in the long term he may only hit 80-90% of his potential, but by then, he'll probably be on someone else's team. |
