Maybe you have no more space left in your youth team. Otherwise there cant be any other reason. |

There are 24 players in your youth team. The limit is 25. Maybe you have made a bid for a player. If yes, then you cant promote unless you lose in that bid or sell a youth first. Also maybe you have loaned out a player and that's why you cannot promote another. |
