Is it better to leave a player in the school for full progression, or would it be better to pull him out and have him train with my junior team? | 16/01/2012 20:26 |

The player will not progress if you don't promote and train him in your youth team. The only change the player left in school will see is increase in age after a season. |

I'm not sure if you understood my question.... Like when you click on a school the and view the players in the school you will see in the last column that it says progression. What is the significance of progression when you are viewing a school? Like I have a player with 55 progression. Should I promote him to my junior team or wait for his progression to be 100? Or by progression does it mean how good the player will be overall? | 16/01/2012 21:20 |

The progression never changes. it always remains the same. Every player has a certain progression, it only means that how fast the player will grow when you train him. So a 55% player will grow slowly compared to a 80% player. Its always better to find high progression players and train, the lower once, you can train them if you like or simply sell them. |
