The most important staff are Coach, Junior Coach and to some extent a Financial Manager. Higher their % the better for ur team. As for scout and coach sec., higher the percentage the faster the come back with results. So a 95% scout might return in 6 hrs with players than a 50% scout who might find the same players in 20 hrs. |

Player training is directly impacted by coach quality...for example an 80% coach will train players twice as fast as a 40% coach. So as the previous poster said, coach and junior coach are most important. A higher percentage financial manager will get you better billboard, sponsor and TV deals, but you won't use that as often as a coach and junior coach (which is everyday). | 16/01/2012 14:02 |

I would Recommend have good (above 80%) 1. Coach : Trains yr Senior Team 2. Junior Coach : Trains yr Junior Team 3. Doctor: Heals Faster when u have injured Player. Higher the % of Doctor, faster he heals the player. 4. Financial Manager: U get better Sponsor n TV Contracts as well as better loan facilities. |
