If you are messaging Uruguay, you have to send in a picture of a girl too :/ He's trolling by the way, you have to be chosen by the guys in charge by displaying knowledge, understanding and actively work controlling the forum, helping people and dealing with situations. Ok, here's how you become a moderator. Contribute to the game. Help noobs. Show patience and good judgment. Maintain integrity (You may incur fines, but that is part of game, a fine <> cheat necessarily) Once you do all of that, if @rand/@ranru decide on making a new @, they ask current @ for nominees. There is a discussion for a day or two, then @rand makes decision. Then you are made a moderator. So i can't tell you exactly what makes you @, but i can tell you that campaigning for it opening, lusting after it, letting others know that you want to be @, patrolling forums because you want to be moderator...etc... all of that stuff will not work. In fact, a lot of it may work against you. Most @ had no clue it was coming, but everyone around them knew they deserved it. And of the 7 new @ since beginning of last season, all have been great. Indicating the judgment of the current @ is good. |
