based on what skill u put...Eg u have RF avg 38 with +1 net-breaker with a 44 avg RF with no skill.....the 38avg is more like-ly to have shot on target than the 44avg | 15/01/2012 13:19 |

The more experience a player gets, the more 'skill points' they get. You spend their skill points on different attributes as andreas has outlined above. So the overall answer to your question is it depends on what skill points you assign  |
