At the end of the season, provide a payout of $1m per fan or 5gb.

This would represent merchandise sales and actually give them importance

But can only people with pack manager becomes fans of teams?
So this would mean only select people can become fans of teams and only top top teams have a big fan base, so I think it would put a gap between rich in realife + top teams, and peasants like me

You don't need pack manager to get a fan.

Although I can see fan swap occurring, it does now sort of.

Yup, you're right, but how many fans do Div 6 people have? I don't think it's fair on the smaller teams, and people would start persuading people to become fans for profit 14/01/2012 17:44

But that is the point.

A well known div 6 team with a couple fans can have a huge windfall.

Publicity for your team is the key.

But here is how i understand your idea : Fan of a team have to pay an amount of money or GB for them to keep being a fan of that team ???

oh, I'll readily admit that the suggestion benefits me, no question.

The logic is sound, however, and the suggestion for merchandise sales as a means of revenue has been suggested in this forum at least a half a dozen times.

Without adding anything new to the game, this is a way of implementing it, simply giving something that already represents this aspect (and is currently worthless) value
