the problem is all I have is 13.6M to build a school. Portugal is rated 80% but costs excellent quality 13.06M shall I go for it?!! |

If u r ready for wait tht much of time to get a player from school, i would recommend to build "High" Netherlands School(100%). 11 M cost. | 14/01/2012 13:39 |

With a 13m Budget - your best options are Netherlands High, Portugal Excellent and Croatia excellent in my opinion. All three schools generate a player every 2 weeks. (Netherlands 13, others 14) So think about it and go for one of them. Maybe you'll get the next Ronaldo, Van persie or Modric soon  |
