You should include a players form based off of practice. Basically if you practice for their position (ie. Beating markers for a RW or LW), then it will make their form increase and help them play better. This would add a totally new idea to the game because focusing on just one position in training may not work anymore because you want to have the best all around team because then they will all play good. Form would be something like fitness or morale. If a players form is poor, then you can train him to help raise it back up. Or you could have a special training session to train him back up to full 100 form. I know this idea is not perfect yet, but please comment on this thread and provide your ideas. |
