What it is necessary to do if only to increase the energy for my competitors?
Because after every match they are worn out very much and aren't resting for consecutive days.

fitness affects stamina increase per day. So when you have 99%fitness stamina recovers "automatically" by 10pts per day.
Physiotherapist recovers fitness
The effort bar in tactic affects stamina decrease after a game. So when the bar is full you lose 20pts of stamina. It's up to you to work it out

Change your tactics so that your effort is not as high as it is now. You do not necessarily need FULL effort to win matches. I suggest using advanced tactics to change the effort based on the score. This works for making sure that your team will not loose. So say you have a advanced tactic called start. This puts the effort on 50% (middle) on the slider. This changed the effort starting at the beginning of the game if you make the tactic say "start of first half." Then make another advanced tactic that enable the tactic "Loosing 1" or "Loosing 2"and make the tactic enable when down by 1 or 2 goals. Put the effort here to a higher amount (around 70%-80%). This can help your team come back from loosing to possibly tie or win the game.
Advanced tactic is probably the most under looked thing in this game, but actually, it is very helpful and can help you win many matches and get more points as a result.
You can change formation, sub, and even change tactics all with advanced tactics.
