how does the motivasjon work? in my juniors i have on my 3 best juniors 52% 102% 22% all played the same game, why is their motivasjon so different and what can i do to improve it?  Edited by Rameses 12-01-2012 10:29 |

A player put in his right position in line-up would have 105% of motivation but if in wrong position he get 50% (if in yellow) or 20% (if in red). A substitute gets 80% while a "reserve" gets 50% | 12/01/2012 12:51 |
