Hi, I was curious that I suddenly got an offer from a Div. 2 team to be their manager. But my progress with my current team is going well. My question is, if I accept their offer, can I still control my current team? Or someone else will takeover my current team? Thanks 07/01/2012 04:31

You'll simply take their spot in Div 2...you'll keep your players, stadium, etc.

You need to be careful to see what spot on the board they are in and whether you may be relegated at the end of the season if you can't compete with the Div 2 teams.

I've had two offers to go to div 5 but have rejected both because I am pretty sure that I'll have a good chance to be promoted at the end of the season anyway and I need the time to improve my squad (and I don't have the money for the upgrades!).

You basically switch places. You get your team, and their position on the board.

They get their team, and switch places with you.

I'm currently at Div.3 , I know my team is not strong enough, I still need some time to build my team. I think I'll need to build at least 1 school b4 I get promoted. 07/01/2012 07:34

Only a fool gives up a chance at the start of div2. Div 3 is tough, who knows if you'll go up...

Why you guys talking like he is wrong?
He prefers to try his luck in div3, build his team up and maybe promote. If he doesn't promote to div2 this season that means he is not good enough for div2 yet.
Why take the risk to go there, lose MANY games, upgrade accessories, increase his weekly expenses by very much then relegate back to div3 again?
Let him decide now
