My players aren't making any progres i make recovers with my doctor, physiotherapist, psychologist every time possible. i have a 73% coach and training scheduale. after 1 lost the avg frop by 2 -5 points... what am i doing wrong? |

Your average drops temporarily when your morale drops (from a loss). Your players are progressing. Your DFM gained a point in the last few weeks. | 06/01/2012 21:29 |

I can see that your players are growing and they grow only with training. Doctors help players from injuries, physiotherapists help recover fitness and psychologist help in regaining morale. They dont have anything to do with the players growth. When you lose a game your players lose some morale and that leads to drop in players average, then you will need to use the psychologist to get them back to 99 morale and their real average. |

My bad. It does look like your players are progressing, just very slowly. I'd either increase your coach's percentage, or focus on training just a few positions, or both. | 06/01/2012 21:34 |

I know his avg is has it should be i wasn't talking about him i was talking about everyone else beside him... but thank you all for your help i got the idea i really appriciate it.
