 wtf. yeasterday or rather at 3 am last night my best juniors had 45, 41,and 40 now 12 hours later they have 42, 39 and 39. wtf happend to make them loose so much, they have been steadily growing the last 2 seasons, so how the hell can they lose 2-3 avrage in under 12 hours??? 06/01/2012 15:46

 It's not 100 though...as long as it's not 100, your players average isn't 100% of what it could be. 06/01/2012 16:30

 Well, 99 to be exact. Id advise running your psychologist daily or almost daily. Players that don't make the sub roster suffer a morale hit also. 06/01/2012 16:39

 ye i always use psychologist every day, they are now back at 100 on morale, and back to the same avrage as before, i just havent seen they loose so much avrage before so tanks for the tips 06/01/2012 21:55

 hi i have a new problem with my junior players morale.
I now have 5-6 players that is stuck on 84 and have been stuck on that for several days now, it just wont go up or not even down, the other players seems fine but when my trainers finish they get stamina back but some of the juniors dont get back their moral.
When i go to junior line up their avrage is what its suposed to be, when i go to line up it is lower than in the junior and their moral havent gone up its stuck at 84% and it has been stuck like that for 3-4 days

I use PHYSIOTHERAPIST and PSYCHOLOGIST every day, they just finnished 5 min ago, i rechecked if their moral had not gone up and it had not, whats going on here??

 I've just been through your junior squad and every player has a morale of 99. Are you able to send through a screenshot of where this is not the case? If you don't want to post it on the forum, message me to my inbox. It could be a caching issue you're having but either way, I need to more information 12/01/2012 06:21

 on my squad they all show 99 on my line up 5 of my players show 84.

added a space betwen http and image so just copy and backspace
i know im in the red now on my balance, but i havent been that for the last few days, so my PSYCHOLOGIST might not have helped them today since im in the red. but for 3-4 days it has been the same and i havent been in the red then, and still morale shows only 84 on 5 on my players on line up screen, and as u can se they are then not so good in their avrage as they are in junior squad.

 The reason those players morale is down is because you're playing them out of position. Any player played out of position will lose 15 morale points. To fix that problem either change your formation so that those players are playing in the right positions, or, acquire players to suit those positions.

Playing your players out of position not only affects morale, it also affects their motivation which will reduce training results significantly. 		12/01/2012 08:07
