A player that I hostiled with a pretty substantial forecast has a pretty low motivation despite playing routinely. I suspect that despite paying him handsomely, he still misses his old club and I'm guessing here a high fidelity which explains his fernando torres-like poor form. My question is - what other ways can you increase motivation besides playing time for senior players? And does playing time even work? I'm losing patients - w my player and fernando torres. |

If you play him in his correct position his motivation will immediately hit 106% if you win. On the bench = 80's Out of position = 25 It's in the FAQ's somewhere the exact amounts. |
