 In contract of the particular player that you wish to loan, you will see "To Lend" click on it and the loaning option will become activated. Even in your squad page you will see a sign next to the player about it. 06/01/2012 10:30

And also,i have found out a player in a team which is gud 4 me and when i click on hire it tells me tht,i can not negotiate with thiss team and why? 		06/01/2012 12:24

 You might have shared or have similar IP connection with that team(i.e. same household / college etc)

And it is not allowed to make any transfers with a team with whom you share it. 		06/01/2012 12:30

 The other team has the same IP address. Either you created a second account or its of someone from the same area.
