You need to double-team his LW and his RW. He plays mostly attack on wings. Basically he only brings his LW/CF/RW forward, so if you can double team the 3 sectors of the field that they occupy at all times, and have a spare CDF in the middle, you should be able to halt most of his attacks and force long crosses, which you are more likely to intercept. As for offense, he plays 2 defensive lines, so you need to bring all guys forward at once. Be sure they're never in front of his defensive line relative to the ball! Watch his game from Monday to get an idea of where they hang out when the ball is at each of the advanced formation points on the field. It doesn't matter what the sim looks like, if you placed your guys too far forward, offsides calls will be 20+. I would play about 55-60% counter against his defense if you have some fast forwards/midfielders who can chase down a through ball. Otherwise, play short passing and rely upon your guys to run up the field.
