But your the manager so why do you want other manager's to solve your tactical play. If your board of director's sees ALL your posts about you not been able to manage your tactics then you will be fired with no notice. Even Sky Sports News are discussing your tactics. But anyway the other manager might have studied you tactics and set out to hit your weakness. Its pretty easy to see where your weakness is and I'm sure you got it fixed by now.
