The only thing that makes sense is that you can't reduce construction time below one week and stadium build time is one day less than advertised. You will finish one week from today. | 05/01/2012 02:54 |

Speed-up will take you to a week most. If your build time is less than 14 days and you speed up construction, it will go to 7 days regardless. | 05/01/2012 03:43 |
