Now day,in div 5,6,7 almost of club manage by system both, the manager left their team with so many reason,,in other way in div 3,2 they with rich manager..and becoming more rich day by day..
I think its nice if salary cap implemented in this game..so game is more alive because a new manager have more opportunity to compete with experienced manager..and to ensure parity between teams so a wealthy team cannot entrench dominance by signing many more top players than other manager..

I can tell you now, the experienced people who help here are probably looking who they can hostile off you, wanted posters will go up they'll refuse to serve you at the bar...

But seriously, say you capped it to 1 billion, what would happen is everybody would put their hostile clauses to one billion and one, unhostiliable in other words. So I would bet you my whole hoard of tomatoes this will bot be implemented

Keep those ideas coming though

Ball boy
I have been playing this game for a couple of seasons now and to be honest its all about setting your own objectives and goals and come up with a plan to progress through the leagues over a number of seasons.

I would suggest if this is your first season your plan should be to identify which formation suites you, start building a core of 4-5 players that you want to retain and give them really high saleries, develop your stadium and schools to supply your youth team. Season two should be the season that you then consider getting promotion and develop your youth team players into first team players. Expect someone to Hostile Clause your players at any moment so be prepared to do the same once you loose a player.

If you have done things right your schools are feeding your youth team which is feeding your main team, any players bought through Hostile clause use some of that money to develop a new school or the stadium to generate more revenue. But remember to keep that core of players you really want to keep on high saleries expect to put them on anywhere between 40-60K and any decent youth players you want to keep resign their contract so that they cannot be signed.

If someone Hostile Clauses one of your players so what. You should of bumped up the players salery so they pay over the top for that player and use that money to buy a replacement with half of what you got and use the remainder to buy a school which could give you 6-10 youth players in a season.

My vote is keep the Hostile Clauses, don't cap saleries - it is a competitive game - players need to learn who there real opponents are i.e. the league they are in and not worry about the leagues above or below them, extend the options for where schools can be set up as more people play this game and introduce more better quality youth players then the risk of being a victim of Hostile Clauses are reduced.

If there is one change that I would like to see - is that there is a tutorial that will take people through setting up the team, choosing a formation, setting wages, selecting coach's and setting up a youth team.

salary cap prevents wealthy teams from certain destructive behaviours, such as signing a multitude of high-paid star players, preventing their rivals from accessing talented players (hostile)and ensuring victory through superior economic power. With a salary cap each club has roughly the same economic power to attract players, which contributes to parity - roughly equal playing talent in each team in the league.
If only a handful of dominant teams are able to win consistently and challenge for the championship, many of the contests will be blowouts by the superior team. And the weak team..many of them will leave the game..

You see soo many top clubs and say OMG they have soo much money. But you gotta understand that they have been here for 4 season and are building their team for 1 year.

They have put their time and many times real money to be at this level so they got every right to use their financial power for their use.

Quite frankly they won't hostile you unless you got a high progression player. And when that happens this will lead to 2 things. First you knew the capability of player and were paying him good so you get good money when he got hostile. Second you didn't knew the value of player and paid him moderate money. Good for you in this case too as you got rid of a player and can easily get a replacement of him with hostile money.
If both things are not their then you are not managing properly and should get better control on your team.

And the teams in division 2 & 3 have 70+ players it is because they require so. In division 6 you got no need for such player so don't fret over it.

Div 4 is going to be accidentally and maliciously destroyed by the fiscals because of our failure to recognize them as a part of SM - therefore, no need to mention them. 05/01/2012 06:19

This is rude. I just deleted half of division 4 to prevent its accidental destruction.

Fear not. I did it without malice, also.
