I'm actually not sure I agree with you for once @gunner I haven't been using anything but wingers for about half a season. |

That doesn't make them as effective as a CF.... not sure you will ever get a winger to have a finish of 99, whereas a CF can get to 99 finish and a speed of 80 which is enough, if you know what I mean. Its all in the finishing in the end, speed is nothing without the ball in the net  It's just my prediction, we cant prove it now, the proof will come when wingers and CF get up to the magic 90 mark. |

True and we're all "doing it our own way" . I think I can get a decent winger to 85-90 finishing+. Plus he'll have 95+ speed and 95+ dribbling. The big question as you say, will be in whether you want more chances or better finishing when you get there. I guess we'll all find out in div 1. Sounds a bit like real football, I like that. |

I'm not sure how good their finishing and speed can get but LF/RF are quick and have good finishing. Both can be trained quickly in these areas - almost as quickly in finishing as CF, and sprint training has a greater effect on LF/RF. | 04/01/2012 00:05 |

Agreed, LF RF are mix between a winger and a CF and are pretty handy. I have not had much experience training them but I see they generally have higher forecasts than CF's, so I bought Bisho's one to see how he goes - I'll try him out with exactly the same formation (well, move CF to RF but thats all), just swap him out for my CF and I'll soon be able to tell if he is as good. He will certainly be quicker. As I said before, its all about finishing, so a slow CF that dribbles through the defence and scores is still better than a forward that runs past the defence and doesnt score. Thats why CF are still in big demand, just yesterday, a 75 CF got hostiled for 300M! |
